This Privacy Policy explains how ulandit ("ulandit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform at ulandit.com and app.ulandit.com (the "Service"). ulandit helps businesses create advertising campaigns on social platforms, capture the leads those campaigns generate, and route them to their agents.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account or workspace, we collect your name, email address, password (stored hashed), organization name, and role.
Connected-platform data. When you connect a third-party advertising account (for example, Meta), we store access tokens and identifiers for the advertising assets you authorize (ad accounts, Pages, pixels), so we can create and manage campaigns on your behalf.
Campaign and performance data. Campaign settings, creative content, spend, and performance metrics.
Lead data. When a campaign generates a lead, we receive the contact details and form responses the lead submitted (such as name, email, phone, and any custom fields). This lead data is processed on behalf of the business customer who ran the campaign.
Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To create, manage, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns you authorize.
- To capture, deduplicate, qualify, store, and route leads to the appropriate users in your workspace.
- To authenticate you, secure the Service, and prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and the Service.
How we share information
We share information with: (a) the advertising platforms you connect (such as Meta), to operate your campaigns; (b) service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and AI content generation); and (c) as required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion page or contact us at the address below.
Lead data and business customers
For lead data captured through campaigns, the business customer that ran the campaign is the controller of that data and is responsible for obtaining any required consent and for lawful outreach (including compliance with applicable marketing and calling/texting laws). ulandit processes lead data on that customer's behalf.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption of connected-platform tokens and access controls that isolate each workspace's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
