Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ulandit (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

ulandit lets businesses generate advertising creative, create and manage campaigns on connected social platforms, and capture and route the leads those campaigns produce. Features and platforms may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your workspace.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the campaigns you create and the content you publish, and for complying with the policies of the advertising platforms you connect (including Meta's advertising policies).
• You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact the leads you generate, and for complying with applicable laws governing marketing, email, and calls or texts (including, in the United States, CAN-SPAM and the TCPA).
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or to infringe others' rights.
• You must have the authority to connect and manage any advertising assets you link to ulandit.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat and may include a free trial. Fees are charged through our payment processor. Advertising spend is billed to you directly by the advertising platform and is separate from ulandit fees.

Intellectual property

ulandit and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, to generate creative, run campaigns, and store your data).

Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular campaign results or lead volume. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ulandit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the changes.
